The mission of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering's Office of Admission & Student Engagement (VASE) is to support the lifecycle of all Viterbi students (bachelor's, master's, doctoral and executive education). Our office is here to provide exceptional service to students from the time they are first considering the Viterbi School, to the time of completion and beyond.

Kelly Goulis
Senior Associate Dean, Viterbi Admission & Student Engagement
Kelly Goulis is responsible for providing leadership for the Office of Viterbi Admission & Student Engagement; the Bachelor's, Master's & Doctoral students, including admissions, scholarships/fellowships, retention, and student services. She also oversees the Executive and Continuing Education efforts for the Viterbi School. Kelly loves to spend time with her family, travel, hike, cook, and ski. She also is the advisor for the USC Hellenic Student Association (HSA).

Director, Department Affairs
Susanna oversees all financial aspects of the department and the front desk services. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.

Carol manages the department's office affairs including procurement services. Carol enjoys spending time with her family and friends while camping, going to the river and Dodger games.

Jennifer oversees the front desk including general inquiries, support and other office support.

Associate Dean, Corporate Engagement & Programs
Candace oversees programming and services for corporate clients and students. This includes Career Connections; graduate program recruitment for professionals, or those interested in pursuing their engineering programs via DEN@Viterbi; as well as continuing education programs available on site, on campus, or online.

Karen leads the administration of the ongoing continuing education, executive education and summer programs.

Marilyn supports the corporate recruitment activities, which includes DEN@Viterbi programs geared for professionals and continuing education programs.

Director, Doctoral Programs
Andy manages doctoral programs to provide support and programming services for doctoral students, as well as provide support for academic departments. He monitors academic progress and oversees the fellowship process.
Coordinator, Doctoral Programs
Tracy oversees doctoral student accounting and fellowship payments, as well as organizes events and provides other support services to doctoral students. Tracy is an avid runner and is also involved in horse rescue.

Director, Master's Student Affairs
Nora oversees master's student affairs for on campus and DEN@Viterbi students. She oversees academic and administrative services including those coordinated with central offices to provide student services for all master's students.

Patty provides academic advisem*nt services for the master's students and provides dedicated services for DEN@Viterbi students.
Advisor, International Student Programs
Yadi provides academic advisem*nt services for the master's students and helps coordinate important services for international master's students. Yadi seems to enjoy everything life has to offer.
Advisor, Master’s Student Services
Andrea provides academic advisem*nt services for the master’s students and coordinate student engagement services. Andrea would love to share all fun things to do in Los Angeles.
Project Manager
Melissa is the manager for the Experience Viterbi App, who manages all initiatives and updates of the App to collect campus resources for Viterbi students.
