At the beginning of December 2021 we made an improvement in our checkout process to facilitate the purchase.Depending on when you bought, you will need to access the purchase in one way or another.

For orders made before 1th December 2021

After you buy tickets as a guest, we emailed you order confirmation with a 6-digit access code. Use this code to sign into your guest account and see your order details.

Depending on the device you are using, you can access your purchaseby following the those steps:

  • Option #1: Using the most updated version of the StubHub app
    1. TapMy tickets
    2. At the bottom, tap the link inHave an access code? Find your order
    3. Enter your email address, the access code, and your phone number
      • Make sure that the telephone prefix or the tray next to the country code corresponds to the telephone you have registered.
    4. TapView order
  • Option #2:On a desktop or in a mobile web browser (if the StubHub app isn’t available in your country)
    1. Use the guest order lookup

For orders made after 1th December 2021

If you just bought tickets and don't see the confirmation email, wait. It can take up to 30 minutes to arrive.

  • If you don't see the email 30 minutes after ordering, check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you're looking at the right email address if you have more than one
  • If you still can't find the order confirmation email, contact us
