What are the best rooms for player owned house Osrs? ›

Portal chambers are very useful to place directly adjacent to the portal, since this allows quick and easy access to teleports for when players wish to use their house as a teleport hub. Another room that is often put near the portal is a chapel, which will allow players to train and recharge prayer more quickly.

The house starts off with only a parlour and garden, but furniture and additional rooms can be built. To build, go to the options menu, select house options, and set the building mode mode to on. Players will then see what looks like ghost-like hotspots where new objects can be built.

It can be used to permanently unlock a Hosidius-themed house style. In order to change the house style, players must redecorate with an Estate agent while having the blueprints in their inventory. When the house style is changed to something else, the blueprints are not returned.

Travelling to house portals. The most basic way to get to a house is by walking to the portal that is in the location of the house. At level 40 Magic, players can use the Teleport to House spell to teleport directly into the player's own house.

A spirit tree can be built in the Teleport space of the Superior Garden in a player-owned house. It requires 75 Construction, 83 Farming, and a watering can. Both skills requirements are boostable, however the crystal saw will not work. When built, it gives 350 Construction and Farming experience.

The dungeon is a room or set of rooms that can be built in the basem*nt of a player-owned house. It can be built at level 70 Construction. The dungeon room, unlike other rooms, can come in 3 different styles, each with their own hotspots, and can be accessed via a skill hall, quest hall, garden, or formal garden.

Players define their character's gender when creating their account; either male or female. They can change their gender at any time via the Makeover Mage near Falador for 3000 coins, or a Makeover voucher, obtained to change your gender back if you were male at the beginning of Recruitment Drive.

Larder space is a hotspot in the kitchen of a player-owned house that is only visible to the player when in building mode.

Open house

To enter someone else's house, simply click on the portal and select the option "friend's house".

The treasure room is a room in player-owned house that can be used to contain a reward for players who reach it and kill the guardian. It can only be built underground and requires level 75 Construction and 250,000 coins.
