I have recently obtained certification in the FIFA Agent Platform, in Representing Minors in the world of football. As a football agent, I understand the immense responsibility that comes with nurturing young talent. It is not just about their success on the field but also their well-being and development as individuals. My mission is to make football a safe and supportive space for children who dream of pursuing a career in football. Also by following the safeguarding measures to protect the well-being of individuals involved in football.#football #agent #management

That first professional contract ending can be a tough time for young footballers. Gaining playing minutes within the first team or through loan opportunities can pose challenges. And being confined to academy football is not desirable. The pressure to succeed and the fear of rejection can be overwhelming. It's definitely a period that requires a lot of resilience and mental strength.#mentalstrength #resilience #contract

The perception of the average youth football player in the Nigerian society is that they are;- Vain- Unintelligent- Unserious- Lazy- Jobless- NuisanceThis is predicated on indices like how they talk, the circles they move in and general hygiene and appearance. At a base level, youth footballers are humans similar to others who seek sustenance or learning in other walks of life. Ultimately, they should be judged not by their appearance or fickle stereotypes but by the content of their character and expertise. Football is education too and knowledge of it is a skill. However, with all that being said, society needs to produce more well-rounded footballers (athletes) who can attract respect and dignity even before the content of their character is known. The charge therefore falls unto parents, trainers, coaches and football administrators (society) to equip footballers not just with the bare minimum but a whole array of life skills to help them thrive holistically. As I always say, "There are no poor players, only poor coaching".

🏀 Excited to share my recent observation regarding safety measures in basketball court ! 🌟I had the pleasure of visiting a basketball court yesterday, and I was amazed by the safety precautions taken by the coaching staff. One safety measure that stood out to me was the use of foam coverings on all the pillars surrounding the court.📚 As we all know, basketball is an active and dynamic sport that can involve fast-paced movements, jumps, and collisions. These foam coverings on the pillars play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of the players. By adding an extra layer of protection, they help minimize the impact in case of accidental collisions.⚖️ Prioritizing the safety and well-being of athletes is essential, and this basketball coaching facility displayed a commendable commitment to it. The foam coverings not only demonstrate their awareness of the potential risks but also their proactive approach in preventing injuries before they happen.#hseprofessionals #Hseqatar #qatarconstruction

Pre season sessions and injury rates in soccer.A study from Ekstrand et al. (2020) performed a longitudinal 15 year analysis of clubs data from the UEFA injury club study.Based on their statistical models, it revealed that for every additional 10 pre season training sessions performed by a team, the incidence of injury was reduced by 22 layoff days per 1000 hours of exposure. With pre seasons being disrupted more than ever (e.g. international duties, congested pre season tournaments abroad due to commercial contracts), just getting a good, solid amount of training can prove difficult. The bottom line is the more players can be gradually exposed to training volume prior to the start of the season, the more robust they potentially can become.
